Onboarding Your Account After Sign Up

After successfully completing the sign-up process, the next step is to onboard your account.

  1. Once you've created a new account, you'll initiate the onboarding sequence.

  1. Starting the Onboarding Sequence

Begin the onboarding sequence by clicking the Get Started button.

  1. Enter your account and billing details.

Important Note: Ensure the accuracy of your company name and billing information. This ensures that the Throttl platform can generate accurate recipient automated tax invoices (RCTIs).

  1. If you wish to purchase packages using your credit card or PayPal account, provide the necessary details.

Note: For enhanced customer security, payment verification may automatically include a 3D secure verification process. This is a standard security measure.

  1. Create your expert profile. The expert profile allows Throttl's internal vetting team to assess your work experience. Furthermore, it presents your profile to potential customers for project consideration. You can add multiple categories and select multiple skills from the dropdown menu. This ensures your visibility when the Throttl team or customers search the expert directory by skill.

Pro Tip: Fully completed profiles are more likely to attract high-quality projects through Throttl.

  1. Confirm the completion of your onboarding.

Note: If you've missed any steps, click the Edit button to return to the relevant screen and finalise your onboarding.

  1. Click Finish Setup to access the Throttl dashboard.

  1. Congratulations, You Have Successfully Completed Onboarding!
