Can I Add Both My Credit Card and PayPal Account?

Absolutely, you can add both a credit card and a PayPal account. You can also choose which one you'd like to set as the default payment option in your payment settings.

What Does 3D Secure Mean?

3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to provide an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. Throttl employs this to offer an extra level of security when processing credit card payments for our customers.

What Should I Do Upon Landing on the Dashboard After Signing Up?

Begin by familiarising yourself with the intuitive dashboard navigation, which can be mastered in under a minute. If you've completed payment verification during signup and added your receiving bank account or PayPal details, your next step is to complete your account settings and expert profile in full. This includes:

1. Selecting your preferred categories.
2. Highlighting your skills.
3. Specifying your hourly/day rates.
4. Crafting a compelling bio, complete with an embedded video.
5. Uploading photos and files showcasing your work.
6. Add your ABN and ban

Will I Receive Notifications from the Platform?

Yes, you'll automatically receive notifications for activities including password resets, shopping cart purchases (if you purchase your own packages), requests from clients to work on their purchased packages, and requests to confirm the approval of your automatic payment release.
