How does the onboarding process work?

When you're creating a new client account with Throttl, you'll go through five screens:

1. Sign-up screen: https://www.throttl.com/access/signup 

2. Account details screen

3. Payment verification screen

4. Onboarding sequence confirmation screen

5. First land on the Throttl client dashboard

How long does onboarding take with Throttl?

• Onboarding typically takes an average of two minutes to complete.

What payment options can I add?

• Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex
• Linking Your PayPal Account

Can I add payment options at any time during the first onboarding sequence?

• Absolutely, you can add your preferred payment option at any point within the dashboard's payment settings section.

Can I add both my credit card and PayPal account?

• Yes, you can add both a credit card and a PayPal account. You can also select which one you'd like to set as the default payment option within your payment settings.

What does 3D secure mean?

• 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to provide an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions. Throttl uses this to offer an extra layer of security when processing credit card payments for our customers.

What should I do after landing on the dashboard following signup?

• Your first step is to become familiar with the user-friendly dashboard navigation, which can be done in under a minute. If you've completed payment verification during signup, your next action is to review the pricing screen and find a suitable package.

Will I receive notifications from the platform?

• Yes, you will automatically receive notifications for activities such as password resets, shopping cart purchases, and requests from experts to approve their payment release.
