How do I update my account details?

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details

3. Make the required edits.

4. Click save.

How can I add my company name to my tax invoice?

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details

3. Enter your business name in the company field.

4. Click save.

How do I hide my profile?

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details

3. Choose Hidden under profile visibility. 

4. Click save.

How do I change my display name?

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details

3. Enter your preferred name into the Display name.

4. Click save.

How do I invite additional users to my account?

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details

3. Choose Account Access.

4. Click Add Access. 

5. Enter the person's first and last name, email address, and phone number. This will send an invitation to join the Throttl platform.

6. Once accepted and logged in, they will see the same purchased packages in their dashboard.

Can I add separate billing details?

1. Yes. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details.

3. Click on billing details. On the right-hand side, uncheck 'My Billing Details are the same as my Account Details’.

4. Enter your new billing details.

How do I change my password?

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Click on account details

3. Click change password.

4. Enter your current password and the new password you want to use.

I have forgotten my password, What do I do?

1. Go to the login page.

2. Click forgot password.

3. Enter your email address.

4. You'll receive an automated email with a link to update your password.
