Within your package, you have the flexibility to upload, download, and delete package files. This can be done during the onboarding process or after the package has gone live.
Uploading and Managing Files
Access the Package:
Click into the package you've purchased from your dashboard.
Navigate to Add Asset:
Scroll down to the bottom of your package to find the Add Assets section.
Add Attachments:
Enter the required description information and attach files or links (e.g., Dropbox or YouTube) by clicking Add Assets.
Accepted file types include jpeg, bmp, png, pdf, epub, mp4, jpgv, ogv, mov, mpeg, mpg, and webm.
Maximum file upload size is 50MB.
Note: For efficiency, consider creating a Dropbox file containing all your briefing materials and linking it to the assets section.
Manage Assets:
Once your assets are uploaded, you can manage them by downloading, editing, or deleting the attached files.
Note: It's important to understand that you cannot remove assets if they were uploaded by another user.
