Completing Package Deliverables and Payment Release
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process of completing package deliverables and initiating payment release:
Access Package:
Log into your main dashboard and click into the relevant package.
Provide Project Comments and Attachments:
Add project comments and upload any necessary work to the attachments section (if applicable). Use Add Asset to attach files. Your client will review the work to ensure completion.
Ensure Deliverables Completion:
Verify that all deliverables are fully completed for the client's review. Click Release Payment.
Final Declaration:
Confirm your work's completion by giving a final declaration.
Update Payment Details (If Needed):
If you haven't entered your bank account details previously, you'll be reminded to update them now.
Payment Release Requested:
The Release Payment button will disappear. A Payment release request has been sent to the client notification will appear.
Client Notification:
An automatic notification will be sent to your client's email address regarding your payment release request.
Client Approval:
Your client will receive a payment release request notification via email. After their approval, the package status will change from Live to Completed.
Review Client :
Once the package is completed, you can leave a review for your client.
Note that clients can also review you as an expert at this stage.
