This section explains the various statuses a Throttl package can have and the actions associated with each status:

STATUS

EXPLANATION

PENDING PAYMENT:

In this status, the client has approved the package but has not yet made the payment.

LIVE:

When a package is "Live," it indicates that the client's packages are paid, and billing is proceeding as expected.

COMPLETED:

A "Completed" status signifies that the client's packages have been successfully finished, and the payment automation and expert review process have concluded. This applies whether a review was provided or not.

PAUSED:

Packages may be placed in "Paused" status by Throttl administration under certain circumstances:

  1. If there's a delay in onboarding due to reasonable circumstances determined by Throttl management.

  2. If the client submits a request to pause the package with 30 days' notice, provided the reasoning is considered fair and valid.

  3. If a client requests a replacement expert, and the request is approved by Throttl management. The package is paused until the transition is completed.

Note: Any pause approval requests are solely at the discretion of Throttl management.

SUSPENDED:

Packages are marked as "Suspended" when they are not active. This can result from Throttl administrators suspending the package, client, or expert due to issues such as non-payment or non-compliance with Throttl's terms and conditions.

CANCELLED:

The "Cancelled" status is assigned when a package has remained in "Pending Payment" for over 60 days or has been changed from "Suspended" to "Cancelled" following review by Throttl administrators.
