How To On-board Packages For Experts

When a client purchases a package, you'll receive an automated email notification inviting you to work on the package. This email will include the package's title provided by the client.



Follow these steps to proceed:


Access the Package:


  1. Inside your dashboard, the purchased package will appear. Click on the package name.



        Package Screen:


  1. You'll be taken to the package screen, displaying an onboarding progress bar.


        View the Project Brief:


  1. Open the onboarding questionnaire and project description box to review the brief provided by the client.

If no information is available, complete it as required.


        Note: Each package category has a custom onboarding questionnaire.


        Check Project Description:


  1. Look for any project description left by the client.

As the project progresses, use the description box to jot down notes for the client.



        Attach Files or Links:


  1. Add project attachments by clicking Add Asset. You can include files or links (e.g., Dropbox or YouTube).

Accepted file formats include jpeg, bmp, png, pdf, epub, mp4, jpgv, ogv, mov, mpeg, mpg, and webm. The maximum file upload size is 50MB.




        For efficiency, consider creating a Dropbox file with all necessary briefing materials and link it to the assets section.


        Asset Management:


  1. Please note that you cannot download, update, or remove assets that you haven't personally uploaded. Assets uploaded by the client cannot be deleted.



        Completion and Live Status:


  1. Return to the top of the screen to confirm the successful onboarding of the package. The onboarding steps will disappear automatically, and the package status will change from Not Started to Live.



        Congratulations, Your Package is Live
