How To Change Your Password

There are two methods to update your password, depending on whether you're logged in or logged out:

Method 1: When You're Logged Out

1. On the login screen, click on the Forgot Password link.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Throttl account then click Send Password Reset Link.

3. A confirmation screen will appear, and you'll receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Don't forget to check your junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

4. Click the link provided in the email.

5. Enter your new password details.

6. The platform will automatically log you into the Throttl home page, where you can proceed to your dashboard.
   

Method 2: When You're Logged In

1. Go to the Account Details page within your dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Change Password tab. Enter your current password and then your desired new password.

3. Ensure you save the changes by clicking the Save Changes button.
