How To Add Additional Users To Purchased Packages

Go to your Account Details section inside of your dashboard, then navigate to the Account Access tab:

Click on the Add Access button. A pop-up box will appear, prompting you to enter the email address of the user you wish to add.

Enter the email address in the provided field then click the Add button to confirm.

The user is now added to see your purchased packages in their dashboard. If you would like to add more users, click Add User and repeat the process again or you can remove users by clicking the ‘x’.

When you've shared access with another user, Throttl will automatically send them a notification to inform them of the shared access.

The new invited user will now see the same packages in their dashboard.

You can invite as many users as you need within your organisation.
